Born in California, her earliest smell memories were those of canvas, wood and paint from her father's studio. As a child she loved making accessories and clothes for her dolls out of everyday household items, which eventually led to her grandmother teaching her how to knit. Present day it's her mother who sports most of her knitted creations and experiments. She has a BFA in painting from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Her drippy, technicolor style combines watercolor technique with different mediums.  She enjoys attempting to capture the spirit of people's beloved pets, painting nostalgic atmospheric pieces, and choosing color palettes based on emotion and memory. She currently resides in Germany.
